Is the supplementary document mandatory?

Yes, the supplementary document is mandatory for poster, paper and symposium.
The supplementary document offers further details to each abstract.
It can be a text, article, book, chapter, prezi (public), slideshare, draft, slides, images, video (published or unpublished), in your preferred language, detailing broadly the concepts discussed in the abstract proposed. It is a coherent supplementary research support, that gives more information about the research, which has a broader, deeper discussion than the one is possible to present in an abstract. There is no strict rule for supplementary research support (minimum of pages or structure).

For the PhD Day propose, is the supplementary document mandatory?

Yes, it is necessary to submit a supplementary document. There are specific guidelines for this document. It should be a document that introduces the author and explain the motivation and interests for taking part in the PhD Day.

How should I register for 6th ISCAR Conference? Is it necessary to register and pay the fee before submitting a proposal?

Register and payment might be done at the platform http://www.intelisoft.com.br/iscar/Principal.asp. Payments are done by credit card.

It is not necessary to pay the fee before submitting your proposal. You can submit up to October 31st 2019 and pay up to April 30th 2020.

Pay attention: the cheapest fee deadline is 31st December 2019.

 

How should I register for the PhD Day discussion? Is it necessary to register and pay the fee before submitting a proposal?

Register and payment might be done at the platform http://www.intelisoft.com.br/iscar/Principal.asp.

Important: PhD Day and 6th ISCAR Conference have independent registrations; you must enroll in each one if you want to participate. At the platform you have to choose the activities you want to participate.

It is not necessary to pay the fee before submitting your proposal for the PhD Day. You can submit up to October 31st 2019 and pay up to April 30th 2020.

 

How many proposes could I submit? 

Each participant can submit up to 2 proposals. For the limit, it does not matter if you are first, second or third author.

Important: Each proposal can have a maximum of 3 authors.

For symposium, the limit of 3 authors is for each paper that composes the symposium.

Ph.D. Day proposal is individual (one author).
